Lost Passwords --
If you have lost your username and/or password please use the password reminder form from the used billing provider CCBill.

If you subscribed through CCBill, you will need to contact them for subscription issues.

For your protection the form can only send username and password information to the email address used when purchasing your subscription.

We will do our best to rectify your situation, but cannot be responsible for incorrect information.

Non-Working Passwords --
If you know your username and password, but it is not working, please check your receipt email to make sure that it has not expired. If you believe it should still be working, please email us at NON-working passwords with your full name, username, password and the email address you used to subscribe.

We will check it directly and reply as soon as possible. For your protection we can only send username and password information to the email address used to subscribe to the publication.

Cancelling your subscription --
Well we hate to loose any of our great fans, but if you wish to cancel the rebilling feature please have your email address, username and passcode ready. Your rebilling should stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

Charges & Refunds --
Please remember that your credit card statement will read the name of the billing company used to subscribe, For example: CCBill

All subscription sales are final and cannot be refunded!*

All access to the publication is carefully logged and IP addresses and ISPs recorded should we need to dispute a chargeback or refund request.

* We give only a refund when you can not enter the membersection by our fault! This is only the case if our servers are off-line, but our servers are attainable to 99,9% in the year.

1. If a login as been purchased in error we'll provide a refund
- We do not give a refund about wrong entered accessdata or when your accout is blocked about to many logins or stolen/shared passwords

2. As soon that a login is used, we log the connections and we refuse any kind of refunds
as the service provided by us has been used!

3. Chargebacks after having accessed and used our services are fraud.
Fraud will be prosecuted to the extend of the laws by our attorneys in different Countries. (USA, Europe and so on ...)

We do not give also any refunds when any our services not work on your machine about a/your wrong configured system! All our services working correct without any problems!

Security Software --
Our sites uses security software to prevent hacking and password trading. If your username and password have been used by three different computers, ISPs or IP addresses within a 60 minute period it will be shut off temporarily.
